About this event

In this IGF Conversation, we will consider the key themes and lessons arising from the COVID-19 pandemic and how best to emerge from it, specifically looking at the role of sport.

The impact of the Invictus Games Foundation's activities are relevant beyond the Invictus community, and this Conversation will explore how lessons learned in sports recovery have a bearing on wider society, including for the healthcare workers in the frontline of the pandemic.

This event will be moderated by BBC presenter, and former competitor, JJ Chalmers, and includes speakers from the Participating Nations, as well as Olympian Consuella Moore, Professor Neil Greenberg, Professor Em Wilkinson-Brice and Steve Lee from NHS England and NHS Improvement, and Air Vice Marshall Rich Withnall.

The IGF is very grateful to the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust for enabling this iteration of the Conversation and to the continuing support of Ascot Rehab, the Fisher House Foundation and ISPS Handa.
